Alm Spa Etiquette

Reservation: Please make early reservations so that your preferred schedule and desired treatments can be met. This applies in particular if you wish to make several appointments for spa treatments while staying at the Almdorf. We are happy to offer treatments without appointments when available. 

Health issues: Please inform the Spa team about any health issues and ailments you may have, such as allergies, accidents, injuries or other issues.

Pregnancy: Please give the therapists an opportunity to recommend the appropriate treatments during your pregnancy. Please consult your doctor prior to a spa visit.

Minimim age: The minimum age for using the sauna is 12 years.

Cancellation & change of appointments: Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time as otherwise we have to charge you 90% of the treatment fee.

Late arrivals: Please note that a late arrival for a treatment may cause a shorter treatment period at full rates so that the Spa team can properly serve guests book after your treatment.
